Spotlight- Rooney Mara's red carpet dresses

Rooney Mara has been killing it on the red carpet with all her amazing dresses. For the Rome premiere for her latest film "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo",  Rooney Mara wore a gorgeous cherry red Valentino Spring 2012 gown, that looks striking against her black hair and fair skin.

During her stop in Berlin, Germany for the promo tour for "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo", Rooney Mara wore a Miu Miu Spring 2012 two-piece gray cropped top and knee length midi black skirt with black Miu Miu strappy sandals.

During the Madrid premiere of the "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo", Rooney Mara looked like an ethereal elf in a  beautiful beige cream gown from teh Rodarte Fall 2011 collection with wrap scarf neck line detail and dark grey waist band cinching detail.

Another more casual red carpet look, Rooney Mara wears a Givenchy structured military wool jacket with a playsuit, black pleated miniskirt, black thick leggings, and black suede mary jane pumps.

When Rooney Mara attended the 2012 AFI awards held in Beverly Hills, she wore a flirty fun outfit satin moss army green top with ruffle details around neck, paired with an a-line black skirt and black patent leather peep toe pumps. 

For the Berlin premiere of "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo", Rooney Mara wore a modern and minimalist Michael Kors Pre-fall 2012 black gown that was short in the front, had a long train in the black, and bondage inspired details of black leather contrasting straps. 

Rooney Mara and Daniel Craig finally brought “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo” to the states tonight with the red carpet premiere of the film held at the Ziegfeld Theatre. On the red carpet, Rooney Mara wore an incredible black silk crepe dress with sheer insets all over and flirty butterfly like sleeves from the Spring/Summer 2012 collection by Prabal Gurung!  Image via the Fashion Court.

This Best Actress nominee Rooney Mara walked the red carpet at the 2012 Golden Globe awards in a beautiful long black Nina Ricci Pre-Fall 2012 gown that had ruffle details at the hem that swept the grown, and deep neckline lined held together with cute bow tie details.

For the Japan Preimere of "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo", Rooney Mara wore a stunning sculptured white dress from the Givenchy Spring 2012 collection with creamstrappy sandals that elongated her legs even more.
